Rebecca At 2 Days Old
This first picture of Rebecca was taken while she was just 2 days old. She was a little jaundiced at birth, but the doctors say that this was not abnormal!
As you can see, she was quite small, like most newborn babies. Her birth weight was just 7 lbs 3 ounces - she's petite like here mother (and unlike her Dad)!
Like many new born babies, she lost a bit of weight after she was born. I can remember holding her in this picture, so afraid of hurting her - she was to tiny and frail. She looked so much like a little doll. But, however, her lungs, were quickly in evidence. And she quickly taught here mother and I what she likes and what she dislikes! Somehow, I feel that this will not be anything that changes over the years.
I suppose she's just like most children in that regard!
